Video Production Requests
All production requests are subject to crew availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Public Service Announcements on PGCC TV
To submit an announcement to be aired on Prince George's Community College TV Channel click on the link below. Complete and submit the form 14 days prior to the event. This form will go to Marketing and Public Relations for review. Upon approval announcements are submitted to the college cable television station for production.

For Broadcast Video Production Requests
The purpose of this form is to assure that the materials and equipment best suited for your production are considered and requested. This form should be used for high quality production requests for broadcast on the college television station and off-campus distribution. Broadcast quality production  requires 3 weeks notice to accommodate pre-production meetings, technical arrangements and crew scheduling. Off-site production requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Non-Broadcast Video Production Requests
This form should be used for video productions that will not be broadcast on the college cable television station. This production request is for instructional support purposes only and materials produced should be used in the classroom or can be placed temporarily on the Library’s reserve shelf.

Talent Release form
A talent release form is required for all guest lecturers, student talent, or other individuals not employed by the college.
