Public Service Announcements on Cable TV
To submit an announcement to be aired on Prince George's Community
College TV Channel 75 click on the link below. Complete and submit the
form 14 days prior to the event. When submitted this form will go
to Marketing and Public Relations for review.
Upon approval announcements are submitted to the college cable
television station for production.

For Broadcast Video Production
Requests
The purpose of this
form is to assure that the materials and equipment best suited for
your production are considered and requested. This form should
be used for high quality production requests for broadcast on the
college television station, Library catalog and off-campus
distribution. Broadcast quality production held on campus in Rennie
forum, LSC-A, B, or C, Hallem Theatre or classrooms requires 3 weeks
notice for all necessary production meetings, technical arrangements
and to examine production needs. Off-site production requests
will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Non-Broadcast Video Production
Requests
This form should be
used for documentation or short notice on-campus production requests.
This type of production does not have the additional lighting and audio
necessary for broadcast on the college cable television station or for
off-campus distribution. This production request is for instructional
support purposes only and materials produced should be used in the
classroom or can be placed temporarily on the Library’s reserve shelf.
All production requests are subject to crew availability and are on a
first come, first serve basis.

Talent Release form
A talent release form is required for all guest lecturers,
student talent, or other individuals not employed by the college.

Satellite Downlink Requests
Satellite downlinks may currently be requested for analog signal
only. Please complete the following form 15 days prior to the
downlink date to provide time to ensure the satellite requested
can be acquired and a room can be reserved.

Request to Schedule a
Production to Air on the Cable TV Station
Requests for scheduling a broadcast must be received, along with the
media, 14 days prior to first requested broadcast date to schedule for
encoding of media, quality monitoring and scheduling to air.
Request must be followed by proof of copyright authorization to
broadcast if this is not a college event.
